Social Media Officer Internship
This 6-month full-time internship is designed for fresh graduates who are passionate about social media and digital marketing. Throughout the program, you'll gain hands-on experience in content planning, social media management, and campaign execution while working with various brands. Outstanding interns may be considered for a full-time position upon successful completion of the program.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates only (maximum 1 year after graduation).
- Not currently enrolled in university and able to commit to a full-time, 6-month internship.
- Available to work full-time, on-site (WFO) in Jakarta.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields.
- Passionate about social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write engaging captions and website articles.
- Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and current social media trends.
- Familiar with Canva, Google Workspace, and social media management tools is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced agency environment.
Job Description:
- Assist in translating client briefs into content ideas and monthly content plans aligned with campaign objectives.
- Write engaging captions, website articles, and other content aligned with each brand's tone of voice.
- Support content scheduling, publishing, and daily monitoring across social media platforms.
- Conduct content research, trend monitoring, and competitor analysis.
- Assist in preparing monthly social media reports and performance summaries.
- Coordinate with creative, production, and account teams to ensure smooth content execution.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and content development.
