PT Generate Talenta Indonesia membuka kesempatan bagi profesional berpengalaman untuk bergabung sebagai Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Kami mencari individu yang komunikatif, teliti, dan mampu menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan untuk mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis perusahaan.


Job Description:

• Mengelola database pelanggan (Segmentasi, Scoring dan Tagging)

• Membuat strategi komunikasi CRM sesuai siklus hidup pelanggan

• Menjalankan program loyalitas untuk meningkatkan repeat order & mengurangi churn

• Melakukan follow-up customer pasif

• Membuat laporan performa campaign dan memberikan insight perbaikan

• Bekerja sama dengan tim marketing & sales untuk menjaga customer lifecycle


Requirements:

• Pendidikan minimal D3

• Pengalaman di posisi serupa lebih disukai, fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar

• Paham dengan Marketing Funnel (leads, prospect, customer dan repeat)

• Menguasai Tools CRM (WA Blast, Auto Reminder, Tagging, dll)
