Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE)
- At least 2–5 years of experience in telecommunications and network systems implementation, operation, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of IP networking, routing and switching, wireless communications and network security.
- Experience with telecom technologies such as LTE/5G, microwave, TETRA, DMR, or other radio communication systems is an advantage.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Network+, or equivalent are preferred.\
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with customers, vendors, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, configure, and maintain telecom and network infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and telecommunications issues.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and network diagrams.
- Coordinate with customers, service providers, and vendors for project implementation and support.
