Call Center Agent | Voice & Non-Voice Accounts
We are currently hiring Call Center Agents for Voice and Non-Voice accounts. No prior BPO experience is required.
Qualifications:
- At least a K-12 Graduate or High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
- Open to fresh graduates and applicants with or without BPO experience
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information, assistance, and resolution to customer concerns
- Maintain quality service standards and meet performance targets
- Follow company policies, procedures, and communication guidelines
- Document customer interactions and updates in the system accurately
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
