Job Requirements
- previous cashier or customer service experience is an advantage
- basic mathematical and computer skills
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required
Responsibilities
- greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- process cash, credit card, debit card, and other payment transactions accurately
- issue receipts, refunds, exchanges, and change as required
- ensure the cash register is balances at the beginning and end of each shift
- maintain accurate records of daily transactions
- answer customer concerns or refer them to the appropriate supervisor
- keep the cashier area clean, organized, and secure
- assist in monitoring inventory and reporting low stockwhen necessary
- follow company policies, procedure, and cash-handling guidelines
- maintain confidentiality of company and customer information
