We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Hygiene Services team. In this role, you will assist customers by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, processing service requests, and providing excellent customer support while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with hygiene service requests, including scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-ups for cleaning, sanitation, washroom hygiene, and other related services.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Qualifications
- Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience.
- Must be amenable to work onsite at our Greenhills Tower site (temporary work location is Cubao).
- Must be willing to work night shifts.
- Must be residing within NCR or nearby areas such as Rizal or Antipolo.
- Can start ASAP.
