Job Description:
Create work plans to fulfill production targets, quality and evaluation of teamwork results
Managing, inspect, and provide advice regarding things that need to be done to control materials, both tobacco raw materials, clove, flavor and cut rag.
Give direction related to manpower arrangement for full fill production process
Manpower improvement for increasing capability on each position
Managing, inspect, and provide advice regarding things that need to be done to machine improvement/modification, both material and machine spare part.
Create work plan related improvement for improve process and machine capacity
Qualification:
Able to communicate in English (written and conversational), has high dedication and motivation, able to work under pressure, able to manage subordinates, leadership, problem solving, decision making
Understands primary processes and primary machinery, Able to use statistical function (Minitab, etc.), Able to use SAP system, PLC, and MES system
Min. Bachelor Degree of Mechanical/Electrical/ Industry
Min. 5 years’ experience in same field
