About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our client an civil engineering consultancy company. You will be responsible for delivering civil engineering design solutions across a variety of projects, including high-rise developments, industrial facilities, and data centers. This role requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality and technically sound project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare civil engineering designs and technical documentation for various development projects.
Develop site grading, earthworks, drainage, utility layouts, and external works design.
Coordinate civil engineering deliverables with structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines.
Review engineering drawings, specifications, and reports to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.
Participate in design coordination meetings and provide technical support throughout project delivery.
Assist in resolving technical issues during design and construction stages.
Ensure designs comply with local regulations and international engineering standards.
Support project managers in meeting project schedules and quality objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering design within an engineering consultancy.
Proven experience in high-rise buildings, industrial facilities, and/or data center projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Autodesk Civil 3D.
Experience with Autodesk Revit, 12d Model, or other civil engineering software is an advantage.
Good understanding of site development, grading, drainage, utilities, roads, and earthworks design.
Familiar with Indonesian regulations and international engineering standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients and project teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on multidisciplinary and international projects.
Familiarity with BIM workflows and collaborative design environments.
Professional Engineer certification is an advantage.
