Telco Customer Service Representative (CSR)
The Telco Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer support to telecommunications customers. This includes handling inquiries, resolving account and billing concerns, assisting with service-related issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
- Assist customers with account management, billing concerns, and service inquiries.
- Troubleshoot basic mobile, internet, and telecommunications service issues.
- Process account updates, service requests, and plan changes.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Escalate complex or technical issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions.
- Meet performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity goals.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and data privacy guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Senior High School graduate or higher.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Willing to work onsite, shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous BPO or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
