About the Company
Arctic Bear Wellness is a fast-growing company specializing in premium wellness solutions across Indonesia. We design and build saunas, cold plunge pools, chillers, wellness zones, and are actively expanding into new service-based business directions for villas, hotels, resorts, and commercial properties.
We are launching a new business division focused on building a trusted network of service partners and contractors. Our goal is to create a scalable platform that connects qualified customers with reliable contractors while generating long-term commission-based revenue.
Position Objective
Build and manage a high-quality network of contractors across multiple service categories, ensure excellent customer experience, oversee partner performance, and identify additional sales opportunities for the company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Qualification
Receive and qualify incoming leads across various service categories, including:
renovation and construction;
property maintenance;
Smart Home solutions;
engineering services;
additional business directions tested by the company.
Assign each lead to the most suitable partner company.
2. Partner Development
Identify and recruit reliable contractors.
Conduct negotiations.
Request and compare quotations.
Organize mini-tenders.
Select partners based on quality, pricing, and reliability.
Build long-term partnerships.
3. Quality Control
After project completion:
Visit project sites.
Inspect completed work using company checklists.
Collect customer feedback.
Evaluate contractor performance.
Decide whether to continue cooperation with each partner.
4. Upselling
During site visits, identify additional customer needs and recommend:
wellness equipment;
saunas;
cold plunge systems;
Smart Home solutions;
maintenance services;
other Arctic Bear products and services.
5. Partner Relationship Management
Maintain partner reports and documentation.
Monitor commission payments.
Follow up with partners regarding outstanding commissions.
Analyze contractor performance.
Maintain a ranking of partner companies.
Develop long-term relationships with top-performing contractors.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for someone who has:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience.
Experience in the construction or property industry is highly preferred.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Ability to build business relationships.
