Essential Job Functions
Facilitates
comprehensive interview schedules including scheduling and interview travel
arrangements, interview details (comprehensive/balanced interview schedules,
meals, local transportation, community tours etc.)
Assists with candidate and interview team feedback surveys
Responds to last minute requests and scheduling changes and
provides concierge support to provider candidates
Tracks key recruitment KPIs including time to fill, pipeline
conversion rates and offer acceptance
Assists with providing the documentation needed for the
completion of the credentialing process, as needed. This may include but is not limited to
references, background check, license verification and other screening as
needed.
Assists with the development of promotional materials and
posting content across applicable platforms, utilizes recruitment databases to
identify candidates including cold calling
Conducts activities with systems and CRM to maintain
accurate and comprehensive files such as candidate records, internal and
external reports and correspondence. Maintains CRM of all candidate information
to include curriculum vitae, contact information, internal referrals and
follow-up information.
Compiles and presents reports detailing recruitment
activities and outcomes
Assists provider recruitment and onboarding with scheduling
meetings, activities and recruitment events
Assists with vendor and candidate reimbursement process for
incidental expenses incurred by candidate or spouse.
Works in conjunction with leadership and Physician
Recruiters for regular updates in CRM for candidate referral and opportunity
status.
Assists Physician recruiters with candidate interview
process, as needed to include telephone coordination, scheduling phone screens
and confirmation with both the candidate and the client.
When needed I will be available to attend meetings with
facility administration and recruitment Stateside recruitment team
Sources and performs candidate research projects for
physician and APC candidates
Participates in other duties as assigned
