JOBDESK
Define requirement of power, CME, cooling, rack, space & equipment lay out arrangement on site.
Review Technical Site Survey Result (TSSR) & do technical design review (DRM) with vendors.
Review & summarize BoQ submission refers to agreed result during design review meeting.
Upload BoQ in web portal system Integrated Planning System (IPS)
Converting BoQ into PR-PO in web portal application (Coupa, SAP)
Coordination with Internal Planning team, Operation team, Project team, Manage Services team and Vendors.
Review MOP of Power CME activity and release work orders in web portal application (XLWO)
Monitoring implementation & do necessary adjustment of solution if required.
Review result of implementation & ATP/FAC document
Update result of implementation in web portal (PMIS)
Support closing project & GR Process
KUALIFIKASI
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering,Telecommunication Systems, or a related field (mandatory).
Familiar with design & implementation of power, CME and cooling in Telco/IT industry
Ability to work under pressure and has exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Adaptability and a customer-focused mindset.
Professional written and spoken English
