As a Customer Service Representative for a Utility, you will provide exceptional customer support by assisting customers with inquiries related to utility services. You will handle billing concerns, account updates, service requests, payment inquiries, and issue resolution through phone, email, or chat while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding utility accounts, billing, payments, and service requests.
- Assist customers with account maintenance, updates, and general account-related concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Process service requests, payment arrangements, and account adjustments in accordance with company policies.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards while complying with company policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
- At least 6 months working experience in International voice
- Experience either in a Telco or Sales account
- Must be residing within Metro Manila
- Must have at least a B2 rating on the Harver Language Assessment.

- Employees are expected to transfer to our Greenhills, San Juan site after approximately 3–5 months, with 2,000 pesos temporary transportation allowance + free meal.
