*Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
*Assist customers with payment arrangements and explain billing policies.
*Update and maintain accurate customer account information in the company's system.

*Coordinate with field operations regarding service orders, outages, and maintenance activities.

Job Requirements
