The Online Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's online stores and e-commerce platforms. This role ensures that products are accurately listed, inventory is updated, customer inquiries are handled promptly, and online sales targets are achieved. The Online Store Manager works closely with the warehouse, marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth and efficient online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities E-commerce Operations

  • Manage the daily operations of the company's online stores
  • Ensure all product listings are accurate, complete, and updated with correct pricing, descriptions, and images.
  • Monitor product availability and coordinate with the warehouse regarding inventory levels.
  • Update promotions, discounts, and special campaigns as approved by management.

Sales Management

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly online sales performance.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports to management.
  • Analyze sales trends and recommend strategies to increase revenue.

Order Management
