Key Responsibilities:
Manage procurement of goods and services in line with company policies
Conduct tenders and negotiate with vendors for the best price and quality
Monitor contracts (PKS) and vendor payments to ensure timely processing
Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate data
Regularly update and manage procurement records
Suggest improvements to procurement systems and processes
Coordinate with internal teams to meet business needs
Work closely with vendors to clarify proposals and achieve cost savings
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 5 years experience in Procurement (IT Procurement is a plus)
Strong experience in end-to-end procurement, including tender process
Good understanding of compliance and procurement regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical skills
