Job Description

We are looking for a Financial Payroll & Benefits Associate to join our Healthcare account. In this role, you will assist customers with payroll, benefits, and financial-related inquiries while delivering excellent customer service. If you have a background in the BPO industry and strong communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.


Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of BPO experience, preferably in a Healthcare account
  • At least a High School Graduate (Old or New Curriculum)
  • Good to above-average communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite
