Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Interior Design, or related field.
Work Experience :
· Minimum 2–4 years experience as Designer in event organizer, brand activation, exhibition, or production environment.
· Proven experience in developing event-related designs (booth, stage, installations) from concept to execution.
· Exposure working with production teams, workshops, or vendors is highly preferred.
Others Skills / Function Spesifics
· Strong ability to translate concepts into event design and working drawings (booth, stage, gate, branding materials, installations)
· Good understanding of execution process in event production
· Ability to assess design from practical and execution perspective
· Up-to-date with design trends (visual, spatial, experiential)
· Strong sense of design taste aligned with target audience
· Ability to provide alternative design solutions based on project needs
· Proficient in:
1. Graphic Design : Photoshop, Illustrator
2. 3D Software : SketchUp, Rhino3D, Cinema4D, AutoCAD (at least one)
3. Render Engine : Lumion, Enscape, Unreal Engine (at least one)
4. Motion Design : After Effect, Blender (at least one)
· Detail-oriented, structured, and solution-driven
· Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams
· Adaptive and able to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments
