Interior Designer Architect
Position Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Design Architect to lead the design, renovation, and enhancement of our hospitality properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating design concepts, producing technical drawings, developing high-quality 3D renderings, and coordinating project execution from concept through completion.
This role requires a strong eye for design, excellent technical skills, and the ability to balance aesthetics, functionality, and budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop interior design concepts, space planning layouts, and architectural solutions for hospitality and residential projects.
Produce detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, construction drawings, and joinery details.
Create high-quality 3D renderings and visual presentations.
Prepare material, furniture, fixture, equipment (FF&E), and finish specifications.
Conduct site surveys, measurements, and project assessments.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, engineers, and project stakeholders.
Assist in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and implementation.
Monitor project progress to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained.
Review and update design documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in hotels, hostels, villas, resorts, or other hospitality projects.
Experience with renovation and refurbishment projects.
Understanding of basic MEP coordination and construction administration.
