Property Manager (Hostel)
Position Summary
Responsible for managing all hospitality operations of the property, ensuring excellent guest experiences, maintaining service standards, maximizing occupancy and revenue, and leading on-site teams.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily hostel operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Lead and supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams.
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and promptly resolve guest concerns.
Monitor occupancy, reservations, room inventory, and revenue performance.
Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and overall condition of the property.
Ensure compliance with hospitality service standards and company policies.
Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain high service quality.
Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements to increase profitability.
Coordinate with Online Travel Agencies (OTA), vendors, and business partners.
Implement strategies to improve guest reviews, occupancy, and revenue.
