As an Online Video Sharing Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional support to users through phone, chat, and email. You will assist customers with account-related concerns, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and help resolve inquiries regarding platform features, content access, subscriptions, and community guidelines. Your goal is to deliver a positive customer experience while ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist users with account access, password resets, profile updates, and login concerns.
- Provide support for platform features, subscriptions, billing inquiries, and content-related issues.
- Troubleshoot basic technical concerns and guide customers through step-by-step solutions.
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Completed at least 2 years in College
- Must be willing to work onsite
- Willing to work on shifting schedule
- Must be Open for Project Based Employment
- Applicants must not have been worked on an Online Search Engine Account within 3 months prior to the joining date
