Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan.
IPK minimal 3,00
Minimal 1 tahun sebagai eCommerce Specialist, atau minimal 2 tahun sebagai Marketplace Admin (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, dll.).
Memahami operasional marketplace dan eCommerce.
Terbiasa menggunakan Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF, SUMIF menjadi nilai tambah).
Memiliki kemampuan analitis yang baik serta teliti terhadap data.
Mampu bekerja dengan target dan deadline.
Komunikatif, bertanggung jawab, serta memiliki kemauan belajar yang tinggi.

Tanggung Jawab

Mengelola operasional marketplace harian.
Melakukan upload dan maintenance produk.
Memantau performa penjualan, traffic, dan konversi.
Menjalankan campaign dan promosi marketplace.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim gudang, customer service, dan marketing untuk memastikan proses penjualan berjalan lancar.
Membuat laporan penjualan dan analisis performa secara berkala.
