We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to inquiries, complaints, and requests. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine desire to help customers have a positive experience with our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying issues, researching solutions, and implementing effective resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our system.
- Provide product or service information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:
- High school / Senior high school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous customer service experience is highly desirable but NOT REQUIRED.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and professional in stressful situations.
- Proficiency with MS Teams and basic computer applications.
