Job Summary:
A Customer Service Representative assists customers by answering their questions through phone, email, or chat, helps solve their concerns or issues, provides clear and accurate information, updates customer records, and ensures that customers have a positive experience.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school / Senior high school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is highly desirable but NOT REQUIRED.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical knowledge: Proficiency with MS Teams and basic computer applications.
