Responsibilities
Possible Roles & Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management- Manage client accounts: Support eCarsTrade users and help them navigate the platform.
- Boost client success: Help clients bid and win more vehicles through expert guidance.
- Develop long-term partnerships: Turn occasional buyers into loyal customers.
- Engage with clients: Provide professional support via calls, chat, and email for eCarsTrade&Solaf customers.
- Drive sales growth: Expand Solaf’s sales division by answering inquiries, negotiating prices, and closing deals.
- Promote our platforms: Convert Solaf customers into active and satisfied users at eCarsTrade.
- Ensure smooth operations: Oversee the full process after a deal is closed.
- Coordinate with partners: Liaise between clients, logistics, and internal teams.

Guarantee satisfaction: Handle post-sale inquiries and ensure a seamless experience.
Languages - Fluency in English (required)
- + Two additional languages (such as French, German, Greek, Arabic, Croatian etc.)
Requirements
- 0–4 years of relevant experience (sales, account management, or support)
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Passionate about cars and customer service
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
- Commercial mindset with problem-solving attitude
- Flexible, independent, and curious about digital innovation
