Responsibilities
Supervise and control trucking operations, including shipment processes, coordination with drivers and transport vendors, and ensure On-Time Delivery.
Manage transportation administration processes and handle export container bookings based on shipping schedules and operational requirements.
Monitor transportation operations, collect transportation activity data, and prepare daily operational reports for evaluation and future planning.
Oversee the end-to-end product distribution process from the manufacturing plant to customers, including transportation, warehousing, distribution, and inventory management.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (D4/S1) in any major, preferably in Logistics, Management, and Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation/trucking within the FMCG or Logistics Industry, with hands-on experience in handling both domestic and overseas shipments.
Strong understanding of transportation operation, trucking operations, export container booking, and shipment monitoring.
Excellent communication, integrity, leadership, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prepare daily operational reports and work effectively in a structured operational environment.
