Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of a Diploma degree (D1) in any major.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in field operations or a related role.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (specifically Google Forms and Google Sheets, including data filtering and input functions).
- Search and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) for background research and data validation..
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must possess a personal motorcycle and a valid driver's license (SIM C).
- Must be willing to be stationed and work in Solo (Surakarta).
- A passion for and strong knowledge of the culinary industry is a major plus!
Job Description
- Onboard existing Active agent from local community with min. 25 Member/Community (1 Community/Day)
- Visit potential community (6 community/day)
- Manage and nurture the Community acquired via Whatsapp.
- Share updates, success stories, SOPs, and resolve conflicts quickly for Community Acquires
- Organize small-scale events and quarterly offline gatherings to strengthen member engagement.
- Maintain engagement with Community.
- Drive Agents to increase Digital Goods transaction
