Status: 6 months contract (Extendable)
Penempatan: WFO, South Jakarta

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Project Lead with managing big-scale project risks, issues, action items, schedules, meetings.
• Monitor and remind stakeholders of major follow-up items and deadlines.
• Lead and coordinate project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
• Manage and update the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to ensure project milestones are met.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including local banks, regional offices, and the head office.
• Create comprehensive documentation using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support project activities.
• Update project management documentation, ensuring compliance with standards and governance.
• Contribute to quality reviews and coordinate activities in support of quality objectives.
• Develop and deliver high-quality reports and presentations using PowerPoint to effectively communicate
project status and outcomes to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on PMO roles.
• Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale projects independently.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience working with international teams and understanding of cultural nuances in communication.
Preferred Experience:
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
