Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's (S1) or Master's (S2) in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, or related field,
- Certification in business strategy, fintech, or financial management is a plus,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or market growth in the fintech, banking, or financial services industry,
- Experienced in lender and borrower growth strategies in P2P lending or digital funding platforms,
- Understand digital technology, customer acquisition strategy, and trends in the fintech/P2P lending industry,
- Have a track record in establishing partnerships with financial institutions, banks, or technology companies,
- In-depth understanding of OJK regulations, POJK 10/POJK.05/2022, and other fintech regulations,
- Able to process data using Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) for business analysis,
- Understand key business metrics such as CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), Retention Rate, GMV (Gross Merchandise Value),
- Experienced in negotiating business agreements and developing partnerships,
- Able to build long-term relationships with strategic partners and investors,
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation & strategic partnership including the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels,
- Strategic and innovative thinking in creating new business opportunities,
- Target and result oriented, and have strong leadership in managing the business development team,
- Willing to work in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and expand market share,
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations with financial institutions, investors, and borrowers,
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends,
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential investors, corporate clients, and other key stakeholders,
- Negotiate and close partnership deals to enhance business performance,
- Identify and onboard new lenders and borrowers to the platform,
- Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies,
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics to ensure targets are met,
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and P2P lending guidelines,
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks,
- Provide insights to the product development team for improving lending services,
- Gather feedback from customers and partners to enhance user experience and platform performance.
