Description
- Oversee and coordinate daily grounds maintenance operations and activities.
- Manage a team of maintenance workers to ensure high-quality upkeep of landscapes and facilities.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for equipment and facilities.
- Inspect and evaluate the condition of grounds and landscaping regularly to identify needed repairs and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in all maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping
- Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of landscaping techniques and equipment operation
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage a team and assign tasks effectively
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
