Responsibilities :
Handle outbound (OB) customer inquiries and issue resolution for BCO (Beneficial Cargo Owner) customers.
Manage outbound feeder manifest submissions to local Customs authorities accurately and timely.
Coordinate and monitor outbound feeder space allocation from Jakarta.
Liaise with Vessel Operations (VO), overseas agents, and related parties regarding feeder space arrangements and documentation requirements.
Handle incoming customer and operational calls professionally and efficiently.
Ensure smooth communication between customers, agents, terminals, and internal departments.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Minimum 1 years of experience in Shipping Line, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Customer Service operations.
Familiar with shipping documentation, feeder operations, manifest submission, and Customs procedures is an advantage.
Good understanding of container shipping and export processes.
Good communication and coordination.
Customer-oriented mindset with good problem-solving abilities.
