Junior Accountant / Bookkeeper

Ortigas Center, Pasig City (Onsite)

Job Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant / Bookkeeper to support our day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience and is comfortable handling end-to-end bookkeeping in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly financial reports
  • Prepare basic BIR filings and ensure compliance with government requirements
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support process improvements
  • Provide administrative support as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
  • Experience in a small company is an advantage
  • Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and MS Excel
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
