QUALIFICATIONS:
• 1-3 years of experience in automotive electrical repair and diagnostics
• With TESDA Automotive Servicing NC I, NC II, or NC III (REQUIRED)
• Vocational or technical training in Automotive Electrical, Automotive Technology, or Electronics preferred
• High School graduate or equivalent
SKILLS:
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
• Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Physical stamina and ability to work in varied positions and environments
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair vehicle electrical and electronic systems, including wiring, lighting, ignition, batteries, starters, alternators, and sensors.
• Install, test, and maintain electrical accessories and components.
• Inspect electrical circuits, identify faults, and perform corrective repairs using diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate service records and coordinate with the Parts Department for required components.
• Provide technical guidance on the proper use and maintenance of vehicle electrical systems.
• Keep updated with emerging automotive electrical technologies and industry best practices.
• Perform other duties and errands as assigned by the immediate superior.
