Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Recruitment Specialist to attract, source, and hire top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate is passionate about recruitment, has strong communication skills, and can manage the end-to-end hiring process while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms and social media.
- Source and screen qualified candidates through different channels.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for curr
- ent and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and applicant records.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using job portals, social media, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements.
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
