Key responsibilities
·Support the operations team by providing administration for Finance, human resources, WH&S, compliance, Service and general operations.
·Assist with meeting management, minute-taking and regular administrative tasks for Management, including: - scheduling and managing regular internal meetings including management meetings, board meetings etc.
·Supporting the Assistant Operations Manager with a variety of administrative tasks relating to finance, including but not limited to debtor /creditor payment, internal expenses, accounts queries & client set up.
·Formatting of company document before client issue..
·Manage the general email inbox, forwarding enquiries to the right team member and facilitating responses.
·Assisting with the organization of company events.
·Filing / archiving as required.
Required Experience/Skills
·A self-starter who demonstrates initiative
·Strong numeracy and literacy skills
·Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office software, particularly Word & Excel
·Strong communication skills and teamwork
·Ability to negotiate with and influence technically focused team members
·You are adaptable to change, proactive and confident
Job Specification
- Must be a graduate of any 4 year Course
- With at 6months to 1 year of related working experience
- Hard working and Honest
- Can work with minimum supervision
