Timedoor Academy is an IT education company in Bali that provides programming courses (web, game, application development) and digital literacy (such as digital balance, digital security, and hoaxes) to Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle School, and High School children.
Our subject matter varies widely and involves technologies such as visual programming, robotics, IoT circuitry, VR, and AR. The topics that we raise in the learning curriculum include logical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity in building programs, which are skills that are much needed in the 21st century.
In developing this company, we are opening opportunities for full-time administrative staff positions. The responsibility of this position is communication with potential customers, such as answering inquiries regarding classes, convincing customers to take trial classes, following up with trial students to analyzing sales data to prepare strategies to improve sales academy.
Responsibilities:
- Convincing customer to join Timedoor Academy using online and offline marketing strategy
- Doing customer support through WhatsApp
- Communicate with potential customers; Answering inquiries regarding classes.
- Convincing customers to join the trial class.
- Analyzing sales data and preparing marketing strategies.
- Helping class operations, admin, and other marketing activities with the team.
Competency:
- Communication and negotiation skills in convincing customers.
- Have a good understanding of administrative computer operations (excel, sheets, etc).
- Discipline and have a high sense of responsibility and initiative.
- Able to work in a team
