The Role:
We are looking for a tech-savvy, independent HR to take full ownership of our end-to-end human resources operations. As a standalone HR leader, you will manage everything from talent acquisition to offboarding, ensuring our team is supported, our operations are compliant, and our company culture thrives.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Employee Lifecycle: Manage the entire HR process from hiring and onboarding to employee relations and offboarding (firing/separation).
- HR Operations & Administration: Oversee employee request management, maintain and update 201 files, and handle meticulous timesheet management for payroll readiness.
- Performance Management: Drive the performance review process to align team goals with company growth.
- Government Compliance & Filing: Handle periodic filing of requirements and maintain corporate compliance with DOLE, BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth.
- Culture & Event Management: Plan and execute company events, including holiday tracking, Christmas parties, and team-building activities to keep morale high.
- Tech Stack Utilization: Manage all daily HR workflows through our web-based HRIS platform.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in human resources management (experience handling government compliance in the Philippines is required).
- Tech-Savvy: Highly comfortable using web-based apps, HRIS platforms, and modern digital tools.
- Autonomy: A true self-starter who can work on their own with minimal guidance. You know how to prioritize and execute.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial and proactive. You want to understand the ins and outs of running a department and contributing directly to business growth.
- Location: Willing and able to work fully onsite at our office in Ortigas.
