- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
- Assist riders and drivers with trip concerns, account issues, payment inquiries, and app-related support.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update account records.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and security procedures.
- Meet performance metrics for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- High School Graduate.
- At least 12 months of BPO experience.
- Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer navigation and multitasking abilities.
- Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
- Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
