About The Company:
The working venue is in Jakarta.
Our client is a General Trading company. Currently, they are looking for IT Planning Staff.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain server infrastructure, virtualization environments, and cloud servers to ensure system availability and performance.
Administer and support network infrastructure, including routers, switches, access points, LAN/WAN, VPN, SASE, and firewall systems.
Manage cloud services, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and BOX cloud storage, ensuring secure and efficient access for users.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues, including PCs, desk phones, CCTV, and access control systems.
Monitor network and server performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Design, configure, and improve network infrastructure to support business operations and future growth.
Coordinate the procurement of IT infrastructure equipment and manage external vendors or subcontractors for installation and maintenance projects.
Maintain IT documentation, ensure infrastructure security, and provide technical support to internal users when required.
Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
Business English proficiency.
Minimum 4 years of experience as an IT Staff in a foreign trading company, with hands-on experience in server administration and network infrastructure, including maintenance, troubleshooting, cloud management, and IT support.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to travel for business trips when required.
Preferable:
Has IT Certification.
