Job Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Information System, Financial Management, Business Administration, or any related course or Undergraduate.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

-Willing to learn accounting software or ERP systems.
Job Responsibilities:
-Assist in recording and processing daily financial transactions.
-Prepare and organize payment vouchers, receipts, invoices, and other financial documents.
-Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments regarding payment concerns.
-Assist in preparing bank reconciliations and cash reports.
-Encode financial data into the company's accounting system.
