The HR Intern will be asked to assist in the following tasks:
1) Recruitment
- Sourcing of applicants and screening of CVs
- Coordinating and inviting for interview and assessment schedules
- Initial interview and administering assessments
- Updating of job postings
- Preparing and sending rejection letters to unqualified candidates
- Updating the internal database and records
- Conducting employee verification/background check
2) Training and Development
- Sourcing of training programs
- Compiling the list of training programs needed for employees
3) Employee Relations
- Assist in organizing HR events
- Creating or drafting HR newsletters
- Coordinating new hire orientation schedules to other departments
- Plotting year-round HR employee engagements
4) Other tasks as may be assigned by the department or the supervisor
Qualifications:
- Currently taking AB/BS Psychology or BSBA Human Resources Management
- Can render 300 hours
- Has good oral and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable on M365 is an advantage
