Job Title: Head/Chief Physical Therapist
Location: Makati City
Work Set-up:
- 5 days a week
We are looking for a highly experienced and leadership-driven Head/Chief Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic and physical therapy operations
- Supervise and manage the Physical Therapy team and staff concerns
- Ensure quality patient care and proper clinic workflow
- Handle client and patient concerns professionally and efficiently
- Monitor staff performance, scheduling, and productivity
- Assist in maintaining operational standards and compliance
- Coordinate directly with the CEO regarding operations, reports, and clinic updates
- Support business growth through effective team leadership and operational management
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist with valid PRC license
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant Physical Therapy experience
- Previous experience as a Chief PT or Head PT is a plus
- Strong leadership, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and people management abilities
- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
