We are seeking qualified, service-driven professionals to join our call center team. Your main tasks include:
Answering calls with a professional and caring tone

Tackling problems fast and making the process painless
Helping customers make changes to their accounts or plans
Taking clear notes so we have a solid record of every call
Qualifications
At least 6 months call center experience
SH/SHS Grad
Willing to work on site
Basic computer literacy
Good communication skills
