We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our Financial Retail Account. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries related to retail financial products and services, account concerns, transactions, and general support while delivering a professional and positive customer experience.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding financial retail products and services.
- Assist customers with account concerns, transactions, billing, and general inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining quality service standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update account information.
- Adhere to company policies, security procedures, and compliance guidelines.
- Achieve individual and team performance metrics, including quality and customer satisfaction goals.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer information.
- High School Graduate.
- At least 3 months of BPO experience.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne.
- Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
