We are looking for passionate individuals who want to combine education and sales while working 100% remotely and ready to grow together with us!
Algonova/Algorithmics Global, an international tech school dedicated to teaching coding and mathematics to kids and teens with arround over 1 milions graduate over 100 countries over 9 years.
After succesfully rapidly growth in Indonesia for 3 years, we are currently building our expansion strategy for the Malaysian market and We are opening up opportunities for you to build your career with us and help establish Algonova Malaysia!

Education Sales Consultant/Trial Class Manager/Representative
✨ What You Will Do
🔹 Conduct Trial Classes for a child and their parent, introducing the fun of learning coding.
🔹 Build relationships with prospective families, communicate warmly, and maintain long-term connections.
🔹 Close sales by presenting our educational programs and achieving (or exceeding!) sales targets.
🔹 Become the voice of our customers by sharing valuable insights and feedback with management.
🔹 Deliver excellent customer experience with quick responses and effective solutions.
🕒 Flexible Working Schedule (20-30 hours/week)
Monday – Friday
14:00 – 22:00 WIB
Saturday – Sunday
09:00 – 22:00 WIB
🎯 We’re Looking For Someone Who
✔ Cheerful, friendly, and enjoys interacting with children and parents
✔ Passionate about education and personal growth
✔ Fresh graduates in Marketing / Business / Management / Economics are welcome to apply
✔ Experience in B2C / B2B / B2G sales (EdTech experience is a big plus)
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Confident influencing customer decisions and target-oriented
✔ Owns a laptop with stable internet connection and ready to work fully remote
✔ Available to work on weekends
