Administrative Support:
Assist in organizing and maintaining departmental files and records, both physical and electronic.
Support data entry and management in operational databases and systems.
Help prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.
Assist with scheduling meetings
Support the processing of incoming and outgoing communications.
Operational Support:
Assist in tracking and documenting operational activities.
Support the team in gathering and compiling data for operational reports.
Observe and assist in the coordination of operational processes.
General Assistance:
Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Contribute to a positive and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (e.g., Business Administration, Management, or related field).
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
