Our client is a fast growing technology company focused on delivering AI healthcare solutions to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers across Indonesia. We are currently looking for a highly driven and experienced Account Manager to join our team and support our business expansion in the healthcare sector.
Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and expanding our AI healthcare solutions across hospitals, clinics, and laboratories,including environments such as HIS, CIS, and LIS.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, MCU providers and healthcare stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities and drive end to end sales process
Present and position AI healthcare solutions to clients
Collaborate with internal teams (product and total solutions) to deliver client needs
Maintain strong client engagement and ensure customer satisfaction & retention
Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth strategy
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in:
Healthcare industry
Digital health / healthtech
Medical devices / healthcare solutions
Proven experience selling to:
Hospitals (RS)
Clinics
Laboratories
Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem and workflows
Experience in digital solutions / SaaS / technology based products is a strong advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self driven, proactive, and target oriented
