Our client, a luxury Phinisi yacht set to operate in East Indonesia, is seeking a strong Bar Service professional to join the onboard hospitality team.
This role requires someone with excellent product knowledge, creativity, and a passion for guest experience. The ideal candidate is confident behind the bar, understands luxury service standards, and can contribute to developing a unique beverage experience onboard.
Responsibilities include:
· Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, spirits, coffee, and other beverages
· Creating signature drinks and seasonal beverage concepts
· Maintaining strong guest interaction and high service standards
· Managing bar mise en place, stock, and cleanliness
· Advising guests on wines, spirits, and pairings
· Supporting overall hospitality operations onboard when required
Requirements:
· Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and bar operations
· Ability to create and develop drink concepts
· Previous experience in quality bars, restaurants, luxury hospitality, yachts, beach clubs, or liveaboards
· Excellent presentation and communication skills
· Professional, energetic, and guest-oriented personality
· Fluent English
Salary: IDR 12–15 juta depending on experience
