JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Conduct requirements gathering workshops with client users for vanilla/standard product scope,
- Configure system parameters, master data settings, and module options per approved requirements,
- Design and develop end-user training materials: manuals, quick guides, job aids
- Deliver training sessions (classroom, virtual, floor support) to client end users
- Prepare and review UAT test scripts and scenarios covering both vanilla features and integrated gap solutions,
- Facilitate UAT sessions: coordinate client users, log defects, track resolution with the development party
- Escalate UAT defects to PM; escalate functional/standards issues to Development Team
- Support cutover activities and provide hypercare (post go-live support)
- Document SOPs, user guides, and operational handover materials
REQUIREMENTS
- A degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Multifinance project management and implementation
- Deep knowledge of Multifinance business process
- Proven ability to manage timelines, coordinate tasks, and keep projects within budget.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to translate technical jargon into business value and manage client expectations.
