  • Monitor alarms and notifications across 5G Core elements to ensure network performance and stability

  • Create and manage trouble tickets, perform initial troubleshooting and log analysis before escalation

  • Analyze service impact and produce detailed incident chronology for major/core network issues


Requirements

  • S1/D4 in Telecommunication, Computer Science, IT or equivalent

  • Strong knowledge in Transmission DWDM, IP Backbone MPLS, Enterprise GPON Network Technology

  • Proficient in using network monitoring system application (NMS, EMS, Cacti, MRTG, STG, The Dude)

  • Able to work in a shift schedule
